Some terms explained
When the *Not Insured No Tracking* message is quoted this means there is no tracking provided and if the package is lost we will not refund the order or resend it as it is NOT INSURED.
When the *Customs Not Insured* message is quoted, this means if customs take or destroy your package, we will not offer insurance for this.
We only send out orders on Monday to Friday with a cut off time around 1pm most days.
We do not work on the weekend Saturday or Sunday.
Information about shipping cannabis seeds
Just Feminized Seed Bank will always use the fastest shipping method available. We try to pride ourselves on making the purchase as smooth and fast as possible. We have cheap options without insurance, that we cannot guarantee delivery arrival for.
Please use your correct name and address and for international order a phone number is recommended. We cannot guarantee the parcel will be delivered successfully if this information is not provided as you may need to collect you package from a delivery depot and present identification documents to do so.
Our Standard Packaging
Our standard packaging which we use for every standard order will be a simple small bubble pack containing your original souvenir packed cannabis seeds and a copy of your printed invoice. There will be a printed sticker on the front with your name and address details on. We will never write on the package to show what contents is inside.
Our Stealth Packaging Options
Many customers find our stealth discreet shipping service very important due to a number of complex reasons. We mainly find customers in the UK and Europe simply want to keep their package safe from prying eyes such as a nosy partners or family members.
When choosing a stealth delivery option, please be aware that we will remove your seeds from the original souvenir packaging and send them without the branded packs. They will be re-packed into one of our what we call stealth packaging options.

Delivery Insurance Disclaimer
Insurance claims UK will only be accepted after 15 working days of non delivery for insured options only.
Insurance claims Worldwide will only be accepted after 25 working days of non delivery for insured options only.
We will not process claims for non delivery of orders before the stated amount above as delivery may happen later during some promotional or festive periods. Working Days means Monday to Friday and does not include Saturday or Sunday.
